Another thing: I hypertrophied. On both surgery scars. Wonderful, ain't it? My chest scar is exactly 1 1/2 inches long. In my crapola iPhone 4 pictures you can't see the true nature of this scar. Dr.D was raving about his surgery, proclaiming that the scar was going to be an itty, bitty, thin line. Three months later he was horrified at the Frankenstein-ish scar.
